As a full-time Realtor with 20 years of experience and a Designated Managing Broker for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, I have dedicated my career to supporting @properties Christie’s brokers and fostering their success. My leadership roles within @properties CIRE encompass Coaching and Mentoring, Technology Adoption, Agent Growth, Community Engagement. In addition to my professional roles, I am an avid community leader. I have served as a Past Executive Board Member for the Educational Foundation, which serves school district 95, dedicated to enhancing the educational learning experience for all D95 students. I also hold the position of Ambassador for the Lake Zurich Chamber of Commerce, contributing to the local business community. Furthermore, I chair the Professional Standards Committee for the Mainstreet and NSBAR Association of Realtors, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld in the real estate industry.
