Event Description:
The Community Event of the Year! Taste of the Towns is returning to Lake Zurich for the thirteenth straight year! This family-friendly event will be held, rain or shine, and features a variety of local food and beverage vendors who will be serving delicious samples from their menus.   Attendees can enjoy their samples either at the lawn picnic area with their own chairs/blankets, or in the pavilion seating area (limited seating available), while enjoying music and live entertainment among the beautiful lakefront. Kid’s activities will be held throughout the day, including a visit from the popular Glowby the BubblerNew this year! Enter a team in our Taste of the Towns Bags Contest!

Taste of the Towns Facts:
2019 marks our 13th annual Taste of the Towns!
Fantastic opportunity to serve 1000+ potential customers! (Food/beverage vendors only!)
Provide 500 samples of your signature item(s) to showcase at the event!
    1 ticket (valued at $3) gives customer a sample portion/($2 pre-sale tickets available before July 30)
    2 tickets (valued at $6) give customers a full-size portion
Live entertainment, games, music, and children’s activities!
Vendor Benefits:
Vendor Payout program – after initial $250, earn back 50% of the tickets ($2 pre-sales or $3 at door) redeemed at your booth!
Business promoted in “Chamber Happenings” E-newsletter.
Marketing in local media outlets and social media
Website presence with your logo and website link featured on Taste of the Towns webpage
Complimentary shared e-blast sent to over 1600 emails prior to the event
Taste promotional materials to display at your business
Vendor Information:
Member Vendor Fee – reduced to $100
Non-Member Vendor Fee - $400 (does not include vendor payout).
    Combined New Member/Vendor fee starting at $375 (includes vendor payout). Email/call for more info!
Volunteers available to assist with load-in and load-out.
Volunteer available to help staff booth, upon request.
10’x10’ Space for your own tent (or rent from the Chamber for $150)
1 - 8’ covered & skirted table
5” desert plates for food tastings, upon request (or use your own)
3 oz. cups for beverage tastings, upon request (or use your own)
Vendors are responsible for their own signage
Vendors are responsible for securing their own Temporary Event Permit from the Lake County Health    Department, as well as hand washing station supplies and any other booth requirements determined by the Health Department. Booths will be checked at event.
Only breweries, distilleries, and wineries are permitted to serve alcoholic beverages without food.
