The discussion will include:
- Do you have a process for capturing leads and following up on them? Briefly describe your process. (Manual enter into spreadsheet, simple To Do list, mailing list manager (MC, etc), CRM tool, etc.)
- When you get a new lead, how quickly do you contact them? How do you contact them? (Phone call, email campaign, direct mail, etc)
- How do you add new leads into your lead management process? Website form, manual enter from business cards, upload a file, etc
- If you use a CRM tool
- Which one do you use and why?
- Which features do you use most?
- If you had it to do over, would you pick the same CRM tool?
- Any tips for someone considering a CRM?
