Event Description:
PARENTS of TEENS and TWENTIES... Being a parent of a millennial can be challenging! When do you step in, when do you hold back? And how do you help set them up for success?
As parents, we have different thoughts and feelings that influence how we interact with our kids. Come to this FREE EQ Cafe, sponsored by Six Seconds, to learn how to use emotional intelligence to collaborate, connect, and gain emotional insight when interacting with your teens and twenties.
As part of this EQ Cafe, you will complete a Brain Brief Profile (BBP) to learn about your individual Brain Style.
You will learn how to:
* Recognize your feelings about a challenge to help you engage in change
* Use your Brain Style to collaborate with others
* Understand and work with other Brain Styles
* Translate this approach into action to create positive change.
