Allowed to place company materials in vendor (employer) packet and candidates welcome table.
Employers can provide their logo and job openings they are seeking to fill so that these may be used in pre-event promotion.
The Job Fair will not only attract potential employees, but will also provide opportunities for on-site interviews and screening sessions.
The Job Fair will be promoted to all candidates from new graduates to experienced work force in transition for all industries through:
- Chicago Tribune, Daily Herald and other local publications
- Career Builder, Zip Recruiter and other online job portals
- Visit Lake County
- Lake County Partners
- Lake County Workforce Development
- Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Harper College
- College of Lake County
- College Alumni Associations
- University Center
- Local High Schools
- Signage within participating communities
Employer booths include one 6' table and 2 chairs. It is recommended that employers bring their own table skirts. Promotion of your company name in marketing materials to potential employees.
Electricity is available upon request, but may be limited.
Dedicated Interviewing Stations
As you meet candidates you can conduct on-site interviews at any time during the course of the day. A sign-up for the stations, including a table and two chairs, will be available while on-site. This dedicated space will be separated from the employer exhibitor tables. We ask that you ensure a rep remains at your booth during any interviews.
