The place we are seeking is the one in between extremes but to find it we usually have to rub up against some uncomfortable edges.The longer we practice\, the better we get at resting in the center and at being more centered in body\, mind and spirit. This weekend we are delighted to host Desiree Rumbaugh here at Pulsation Yoga. She teaches from the experience of 30 years of practice and study in the Iyengar and Anusara methods of Yoga and more recently\, Vinyasa meditation. Creator of the DVD series Yoga to the Rescue and founder of Wisdom Warriors \, Desiree delights in sharing her ever evolving understanding of Yoga with students of all levels.
