Come to our culinary center for a cooking & lifestyle class on vegetarian eating. We’ll prepare a variety of recipes based upon grains.
Recipes include:
- Ancient Grain Stuffed Red Bell Peppers
- Basic Millet with Onion & Parsley
- Bulgur with Radishes, Spinach and Pine Nuts
